Today we continued the activity we started yesterday. We learnt about the animals with the alphabet and we also revised singular and plural by means of flashcards.Some students must finish it.
Hoy continuamos la actividad que empezamos ayer. Aprendimos los animales , repasamos el abecedario y también el singular y el plural por medio de flashcards. Algunos alumnos deben terminarlo.
Today we learnt about singular and plural. We used an animal alphabet and we wrote the words in our notebook. Here we can see what we worked. Some students have to finish it!
Hoy aprendimos sobre el singular y el plural. Usamos un abecedario de animales y escribimos las palabras hasta la h en nuestro cuaderno. Aquí podéis ver lo que hicimos. Algunos alumnos tienen que terminarlo.
Today we revised the difference between the sound s and the sound of the letter sh. We focused on letter s. We wrote words with letter s on our blackboard and we copied in our notebook. (Some people have to finish copying so I include a photo)

1ºB students also watched a video to revised colours and did pages 58 and 59 on their Student's Book. (Los alumnos de 1ºB también vieron un video de repaso de los colores e hicieron las páginas 58 y 59 del Student's Book)
Today we read an email with information about animals all together with 1ºA students. We worked on page 56 on our classbooks. Amanda asked us for our favourite animals. We also started a drawing about our favourite farm animal in our notebooks.

1ºB students worked on letter t sound . They have a new tongue twister this week. Los alumnos de 1ºB trabajaron el sonido de la letra t. Tienen ya un nuevo trabalenguas para aprenderse.

There are different shapes. A triangle has three sides. Mountains and hills are triangles in shape. Rectangles,squares and diamonds have four sides. Wheels and balls are circles in shape.
Hay formas diferentes. Un triángulo tiene tres lados. Las montañas y las colinas son triángulos. Los rectángulos, los cuadrados y los diamantes tienen cuatro lados. Las ruedas y los balones son redondos.
Today we worked on shapes. We learnt their names and we sing and dance two songs. After that we made a chicken out of shapes.

Today our students in 1ºA and 1ºB read unit 4 story "Find Norman on Farm Land" (pages 52 and 53) and they listened to the story too. Finally, we listened and learnt the song "Old Mac Donald Had a Farm"

Our language assistant Frances (in 1ºB) and teacher in training María helpped us learn the different animals using the flashcards. We also revised colors and described animals. Today we worked on pages 38 and 39 in our Activity Book. If we didn't finish them, we should finish them at home.
